Both. A full truckload gets a dedicated trailer that goes straight from your dock to the consignee. Smaller shipments move as LTL or partial loads, so you pay for the space your freight actually takes up.
Yes. Your contact at United Carriers Group keeps you posted from pickup through delivery, and the signed proof of delivery is sent to you once the load is delivered.
The more notice the better. A day or two ahead gives us the best chance at the pickup window you want. If a load has to move today or tomorrow, call rather than waiting on the form, and we'll tell you straight whether we can cover it.
